  1. What is included in the rental price?

    • Answer: The rental price includes the campervan, insurance, breakdown assistance, mileage, heat fuel, gas and basic kitchen equipment. Additional items like bed linen and towels or to add additional drivers to the insurance is extra.

  2. What is the minimum rental period?

    • Answer: The minimum rental period is typically 2 nights, but this can vary depending on the season and availability.

  3. Is there a mileage limit?

    • Answer: Our rentals come with unlimited mileage, allowing you to explore without worrying about extra charges.

  4. Can I bring my pet?

    • Answer: No, pets are not allowed in our campervans this would breach our rental policy.

 

Booking and Payments

  1. How do I make a reservation?

    • Answer: You can make a reservation through our website, by phone, or in person.

  2. What forms of payment do you accept?

    • Answer: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

  3. Do you require a deposit?

    • Answer: Yes, a security deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable upon the safe return of the campervan.

  4. What is the insurance excess, and how much does it cost?

    • Answer: The insurance excess is the amount you are liable for in the event of any damage to the campervan. Our standard insurance excess is €1000. This means that in the event of an accident or damage, you will be responsible for the first €1000 of any repair costs.

 

Pickup and Return

  1. Where do I pick up and return the campervan?

    • Answer: Campervans can be picked up and returned at our address outlined on our website.

  2. What are the pickup and return times?

    • Answer: Pickup is from 9 AM and return is by 5 PM.

  3. Do I need a special license to drive the campervan?

    • Answer: No special license is required; a standard driver’s license is sufficient. International drivers are welcome with a valid license.

 

On the Road

  1. What should I do if I have an accident or breakdown?

    • Answer: In case of an accident, contact local authorities and our emergency number immediately. For breakdowns, we provide roadside assistance as part of our service.

  2. Are there any road restrictions for the campervan?

    • Answer: Campervans are restricted from off-road driving, including unpaved roads, beaches, and rugged terrains. Stick to paved and maintained roads for your safety.

  3. Can I travel outside the country with the campervan?

    • Answer: Cross-border travel is allowed to certain countries with prior approval. Additional insurance coverage may be required.

 

Amenities and Equipment

  1. What amenities are included in the campervan?

    • Answer: Our campervans come equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, levelling ramps, campsite 230V connection lead, fix double bed, a shower and toilet and dining area with basic kitchen utensils.

  2. Is there Wi-Fi available in the campervan?

    • Answer: No unfortunately there is no Wi-Fi is not available with our camper vans.

 

Safety and Regulations

  1. Are the campervans insured?

    • Answer: Yes, all our campervans are fully insured. However, renters are responsible for the deductible in case of damage.

  2. What safety features are included in the campervan?

    • Answer: Our campervans are equipped with fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors.

  3. Are there any age restrictions for renting a campervan?

    • Answer: All drivers must be between the ages of 25 and 70, inclusive and have held a valid driver’s license for a minimum of two years.
